You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Driving store performance to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets.

• Managing daily operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

• Building strong relationships with customers, team members, and key partners.

• Handling rostering, recruitment, and training to build a high-performing culture.

• Managing budgets, analysing sales data, and identifying opportunities to grow performance.

• Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies across safety, security, and customer care.
