Job Contract Administrator, Chadstone

ROLE:

Alongside the delivery team, this role will involve delivering Fitout and Refurbishment projects across the Retail and Office sectors spanning up to $10M.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Letting and vetting subcontractor packages
• Manage project financials and track budgets/reports
• Evaluate documentation, scope of works and quotes
• Manage RFI's, EOT's, and NOD process
• Liaising with Project Manager and delivery team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of Contract Administrator experience for a fitout/refurbishment contractor
• Proficient with Hammertech software and MS Packages
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Full Australian working rights
